Dealing With Email

We all get email. Love it or hate it, it’s a necessary thing that we all have to manage. Does one email app or service do it better than another? Are you an inbox zero person or did you just give up years ago and just let it pile up?

What processes or workflows have you put in place. What features do you use that help you stay on top of it? Lets discuss how we deal with email.

Storing and Organizing Information

There are many ways to store information on your tech devices. Just loose files on your hard drive or maybe notes in a note-taking app. You can then organize those files and notes into folders or label them.

What if you need even more flexibility and customization? For example, you want to keep track of all your home appliance serial numbers and dates of service. Or your car maintenance history and schedule. Or maybe you are into collecting vintage computers and you want to have easy access to specs and how much you paid for each computer.

There are plenty of apps and sites out there that are single-purpose built solutions for doing a lot of these things, but that may mean that you need to maintain several different apps for each purpose.

Instead lets discuss a few more free-form and fully customizable apps that will allow you to store and organize all this information and allow complete flexibility.
